Virtual Power Plant is a partner of Property Forum 2017, the largest commercial real estate event in Poland, which is to be held on September 25-26 in Warsaw. During the Forum we will present our offer addressed to managers of office buildings
During the two-day conference, CEO of VPPlant Grzegorz Nowaczewski will take part in two discussion panels:
- in thematic session „Management. Facility management – this has already become a standard. A profit and loss account”. Participants of the panel will discuss, among other things, the following issues:
- Appropriately maintained, ageing in style and not losing its value: What does facility management offer?
- How much does a building’s ‘life’ actually cost if a professional is keeping an eye on it?
In addition to the VPPlant’s CEO, following experts confirmed their participation: Andrzej Dratwicki (plenipotentiary of the Management Board, Agis Management Group), Daniel Kwiatkowski (Deputy Chairman of the Board, Impel Synergies Sp. z o.o.), Kamil Michael (General Director, Klepierre Management Polska Sp. z o.o.), Tomasz Ruczaj (Technical Director, Savills Sp. z o.o.) and Magdalena Ruta (Asset Manager for Polish Portfolio, GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH). The moderator of the discussion will be Magdalena Oksańska (Head of Property Management Compliance, Knight Frank Sp. z o.o.).
Discussion will take place on the first day of the conference, September 25 at 13.15-14.15.
- in thematic session „Offices. New technologies built into the backbone of office buildings”. Participants of the panel will discuss, among other things, the following issues:
- The technological race: How much does it cost? What can be gained from it? Are customers ready to pay for it?
- The office building 2020. Technologies of the coming future that will revolutionise the workplace
- BIM: Is this the tool that is likely to dominate the way office buildings are designed?

The moderator of the discussion will be journalist Joanna Budzaj from Propertynews.pl.
Discussion will take place on the second day of the conference, September 26 at 11.00-12.00.
